If someone says you workout too much, just choke them... You don't need that kind of negativity.

A sample cut off timeline is as follows: L-pull-ups (Done by 2:30) Ring Dips (Done by 5:30) Toes to bar (Done by 9:30 Burpees (Done by 15:00) Swings Done by (19:00) Row (Done by 25:00)
