I got a fever and the only cure is... deadlifts!

Deadlift (1x1)
20:00 to reach 1 Rep Max
*If you reach a one rep max before the 20:00 timeframe,  reduce the load to 80-90% and do additional sets until the 20:00 timeframe is complete.
**Newer athletes do sets of 3 reps.

Accessory Work

GHD PVC paddling
2 X 8
Glute ham raises
