I tried some of "those" diet pills, but unfortunately I had "typical" results.

5 Rounds, NOT for time
Ring dips (max reps)
50-ft Double kettlebell front rack walking lunges
100-ft Backwards sled drag
*This is a twist on a classic heavy day with higher rep sets. You should get at least 5 ring dips on each set but not more than 15 reps. Use challenging loads on the lunges and sled drag to challenge you to complete the distance unbroken.
**Move as needed through the workout, but attempt to rest about 1:00 between movements.
