We’ve said it once & we’ll say it again & again: You can’t out work a bad diet! It’s like putting vegetable oil in your diffuser & expecting it to smell good(not gonna happen). Changing your diet can be intimidating, let’s help get you started:
What’s more important, nutrition or training? We hear this all the time. Although both are important, nutrition is the foundation on which an effective training program is built. Whether your goal is maximum performance or washboard abs, nutrition is key. You cannot work off a bad diet! We repeat… You cannot work off a bad diet! We could go into the math but we’ll spare you the boredom. You want to look and feel great? You are what you eat. If you eat good you will look and feel good.
If you’re new to healthy eating and are overwhelmed by the “difficulty” of figuring out what you can and can’t eat, don’t be. Eat lean meats, nuts & seeds, fruits & veggies. Basically if the “food” comes in a box, stay away. Processed food is loaded with low nutrition high calorie fillers. The easiest way to cut calories is to cut processed foods. You would have a hard time eating too much lean meats, fruits and veggies.
