The load on the hang power clean is intended to be very challenging, you may not be able to complete 4 reps unbroken on some of the rounds. The deficit on the handstand push-ups is intended to be challenging for all sets. When modifying the handstand push-ups today, choose a difficult option for part 1 and an easier option for part 2.
