Workout Options: Intermediate: 3 Rounds (for time) 10 Power snatch (95-115lbs/65-75lbs) 75 Double unders or 1:00 of double under attempts *2:00 Rest between rounds Novice: 3 Rounds (for time) 10 Power snatch (95-65lbs/65-45lbs) 100 Single unders *2:00 Rest between rounds **Do a hang power snatch if a snatch from the floor is not appropriate.
