0:15 Strict pull-ups
0:45 Air squats
This is a gymnastics based stamina session.
Transition quickly between movements and complete as many reps as possible.
*Attempt to complete at least 3 reps each round.
Modify to a ring row, or 1-2 slow negative pull-ups each round for today.
*Attempt to complete at least 10 reps in each interval. Modify to a chest elevated push-up with box or bar.
