3 Rounds for time:
21 Toes to bar
15 Back squats (185lbs/125lbs)
*Bar is taken from the floor.
9 Push jerks (185lbs/125lbs)

This workout should take less than 15:00 with some finishing in under 10:00. The volume on the toes to bar is significant and most will need to decrease to keep the intensity high. The load and rep range on the back squat is challenging but reps should be completed unbroken or with a quick break. The load on the push jerk is challenging, reps should be unbroken or with 1 quick rest period.
