This is a very posterior chain and grip demanding interval training session. Focus on 100% max efforts each round. The load should be very challenging to complete unbroken but doable on each round. No round for any individual should last more than 2:00. Accessory Work: NOT for time 3 Rounds: 12 Goblet squats *0:03 lowering phase. 5 Lying rope pull to stands
