Q: Why did you start CrossFit?
A: I was starting to not enjoy lifting on my own, and I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and try something new. I also was wanted to go somewhere that had a good community that would challenge me safely and correctly!
Q: Why Octane?
A: Originally I was excited for the open gym option, however after starting to take the classes I enjoy the community.
Q: Goals for the year?
A: To be able to do multiple pull ups unassisted, handstand hold, back squat 200, and get a front split.
Q: Any advice for the new members?
A: To be open to trying something that will take you out of your comfort zone while knowing everyone there is here to help!Update
