Q: Why did you start CrossFit?
A: I wanted to see results. I was tired of the being an unhealthy woman in her 20s and it was time to improve my health after being diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease.
Q: Why Octane?
A: It was in the neighbor and I knew nothing about CrossFit. I was ready to try something new.
Q: Goals for the year?
A: Eat healthier and work on my mobility.
Q: Any advice for the new members?
A: Don’t ever give up! Practice makes perfect! The best part is you have members wanting to achieve similar goals!
